Recently discharged as an inpatient from a hospital requiring physiotherapy directly connected to the condition. Must be 65 years or older. Must be 19 years or younger. Must have a recent referral from a physician or nurse practitioner. Our qualified team includes registered physiotherapists, an athletic therapist and a friendly, massage therapists, knowledgeable support staff.
